Stop! Collaborate and Listen. . .

This is something I read in Group’s Children’s Ministry Magazine (March/April 2014 Issue, pg. 55) and wanted to share. It’s relevant to some things in my life right now.

Collaborate and Listen

You might be the most creative person in the world, but you could — no, will — be a lot more creative if you collaborate with others. It’s the difference between having just a cup of sugar or an entire apple pie. One of the best things about how God made us is that solving problems together takes our relationships deeper. And when it comes to generating new ideas (or making old ideas better), teaming up with even one other person doesn’t just double your creative capacity — it exponentially multiplies it. Plus, it’s win-win: Your ideas are more creative and your team grows closer.
